Minimum wage standard

Make adjustments.

The following questions are hereby announced as follows:


First, the minimum wage in our city is not less than 5.5 yuan per hour, and not less than 960 yuan per month, which is raised to not less than 6.7 yuan per hour, and not less than 1160 yuan per month.


The following items are not part of the minimum wage standard, and the employing units shall pay separately according to the regulations.


(1) allowances for workers in special working conditions such as shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful conditions;


(two) workers deserve overtime and pay.


(three) all social insurance premiums and housing provident funds payable by individual workers;


(four) other income that is not included in the minimum wage standards according to the provisions of the state and this Municipality.


Two, the minimum hour wage for part-time employees increased from 11 yuan / hour to 13 yuan / hour; the part-time minimum wage for non full-time employees increased from 25.7 yuan / hour to 30 yuan / hour.


The above criteria include pension, medical and unemployment insurance premiums paid by employers and workers themselves.


Three. Enterprises with piecework wage shall, according to the principle of equal consultation, reasonably determine the labor quota and the unit price of a piece of work, and ensure that workers can provide normal labor within the statutory working hours, and the wages should be no less than the minimum wage standards of the city.


Four, enterprises with normal production and operation and sustained economic growth should, in principle, pay higher wages than the minimum wage standards to provide labourers with wages in the statutory working hours. For production and operation difficulties, it is necessary to pay wages for all workers or part of their posts with the minimum wage standard. They should be determined through collective wage negotiations or discussed by the workers' Congress (or workers' Congress).


Five. In the case of a worker stipulated in the labor contract, the terms of the employer's wages which are lower than the minimum wage standard will not be legally valid if the laborer fails to complete the work quota or contract task.


Six, the above standards apply to all types of enterprises, enterprises and other employing units in this city.


Seven. This Circular shall be implemented from January 1, 2011.
